Payment Details & Cancellation Policy
You must pay the deposit to set your reservation and then the balance upon check-in. This deposit is non-refundable, within 24 hours, unless the ride is canceled, by staff, due to inclement weather. The staff will make any weather determinations at the time of the ride. NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR NO SHOWS. Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of the rental and and result in loss of payment. For cancellations and refund requests you must notify us in writing by emaiing info@jetskisinmiami.com with your request and reasoning..
You need to be on location 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. 45 minutes if a Florida Boating Permit is needed (operators born in 1988 or after). A boating permit can be obtained onsite for a fee. Tax not included in advertised rates.
